I find myself in the airport … again. Right now I am at O’Hare waiting for my connection to Dulles. I haven’t posted in a while and it seems like the only time I find time to blog is when I am waiting for a connection. Based on my travel schedule, I should have most posts. I plan to work on that.
Bex’s post on Google the MyMaps feature inspired me to start tracking my travels. I have created and shared a Google map for my travel in 2007.

Twitter has officially taken off. It is the top story on Techmeme right now and it is getting a lot of coverage by Scoble and others at SXSW.
Twitter is micro-blogging in real time. People are posting every detail of what they are doing. I think that this is most interesting for a core group of friends that are interested in what each other are doing and I think that it makes the most sense during events (like SXSW) or weekend nights. I have configured gTalk right within Gmail to post. My Twitter account is http://twitter.com/ccate Add me as a friend if you have an account.
I wonder if this will fade away once the novelty wears off. What do you think?
Update: SlackerManager.com provides some great advice for Twitter users.
